In addition to the usual bug fixes (including an issue affecting Safari/iOS that was blocking access for some users), we have added a much requested feature to this new version called ‘Kiosk Mode’.

This means that when completing survey response a new response is made available automatically. This is useful if you need to leave the survey unattended (ie in a Kiosk/Reception) or are completing short repetitive surveys (eg QR Code scanning or user registrations).

The option can be found in the ‘more options‘ section when creating a new survey as shown in the image above.

If using our iOS, Android or Amazon Fire apps Kiosk mode will also work offline. All responses are queued and can be sent when back on line.
